Do you know how to use your Education Leave (EL) in Article 17?
The monetary value of up to twenty-four (24) hours per calendar year of the full-time part-time RN's accrued EL (at the RN's base hourly rate) may be used for reimbursement of specified professional nursing organizational dues, subscription costs, conference registration fees, continuing education contact hours' fees, and/or licensure renewal fees.

Professional Resource for Nurses (PRN) is the professional and labor relations representative for non-administrative, non-management, non-supervisory Registered Nurses at El Camino Health (ECH). All eligible RNs are covered and protected by the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between ECH and PRN.
